At the "Legends Cup"-2022, the Legends team will be strengthened by Kevin Kuranyi, who flashed with his performance at the tournament in 2020, thus, in the form of Germany Legends team. The titled Aldair, who will play for the Legends of Brazil at this tournament, is designed to be replaced by Belorussian Eric Yakhimovich, who played an important role in the defence of Dynamo Moscow at the turn of the century.
Fans will also have a meeting with former Uruguayan captain Diego Lugano, Euro 2008 champion Spaniard Ruben de la Red, legendary Colombian goalkeeper Farid Mondragon, a participant in three world championships (in the USA-1994, France-1998 and Brazil-2014). At the last of these FIFA World Cups, Mondragon surpassed the veteran achievement of the famous Cameroonian Roger Milla, entering the field at the age of 43 and 3 days.
